Welcome to my website!

I take great pleasure in showcasing my style and creativity on professional level of photography.  I understand that everyone has an independent expression of who they are. My goal is to capture the unique quality and personality of every individual we photograph.

A few words about Ott Photography

I wish to also note that 15% my sales goes towards a Local Autism Group, for I am someone who is on the Autism Spectrum, I feel that it is important to give back and to help out others.

I have been shooting Photography for most of my life, I grew up in a family of Photographers which ranged from Grandparents, Aunt's & Uncles. When I was young I would watch my Grandmother at her Drafting Table take a Black & White Photograph and then turn it into a Color Photograph. Today, I use the skills of Hand Coloring upon request, even though that art form is a very expensive craft compared to today's Digital Retouching, and Coloring of a Black & White image.

I strive to make sure that your memories are in fact a forever-long keepsake. Prints are digitally printed on archival photographic paper (Archival Paper is an especially permanent, durable acid-free paper. Archival paper is meant to be used for publications of high legal, historical, or significant value. In the USA, such paper must also be approved in accordance with the ANSI standards).

A bit more info on myself, and Photography. I graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2001 of December. While a student at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, I worked for several local magazines shooting small ad's while working at Professional Color Lab, where I did retouching for images which would appear in The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Weekly, The Philadelphia Tribune, The Daily News as well as other local papers and magazines. In I graduated with the Best of Portfolio Award, After graduation I became a Teacher of Photography in up state NY in the Adirondacks at Long Lake Camp for the Arts & Preforming Arts. Today I still shoot as a Freelance Photographer as it comes to Philadelphia News, and current events of life and living, that is when I am not shooting sessions for families, friends and colleagues with in the equestrian communities in the tri-state area of PA, NJ, DEL.
